Pooky is a unique football results prediction game that allows the users of the Pooky Platform to predict the score of football matches (the “Prediction Game” or “Pooky”) created and maintained by Pooky Games Ltd (the “Company” or “we”).
Pooky Games Ltd is a company incorporated and registered in Malta with the company registration number C 103185 and having its registered office at Level G, (Office 1/08421), Quantum House 75, Abate Rigord Street, TA’XBIEX XBX 1120.
Pooky Platform is an online gaming platform built on the Polygon blockchain that provides services of issuance and exchange of collectible digital assets - Pookyballs (“Collectibles” or “Pookyballs”).
These Game Rules (the “Rules”) apply to all the users aiming to participate in the Prediction Game and do not exempt such users from complying with the General Terms and Conditions of the Pooky Platform available at [please insert the link] as well as the Company’s Privacy Policy available at https://pooky.gg/privacy

In order to participate in the Prediction Game, the player must be 18 or over or comply with a higher minimum legal age stipulated in the jurisdiction of the user’s residence under the laws applicable to such user. If you are younger than 18 years of age, you shall not create an account.
It is forbidden to create multiple accounts, and especially to use botting services.

We reserve the right to close the account of a user, who displays fraudulent behaviour, or who does not comply with these Rules.
Please note that, since we are entirely non-custodial, any ERC-20 or ERC-721 tokens being held in a wallet of a banned user, still belong to such user and constitute such user’s property.
We do not have access to the users’ wallets.
Users may choose between two play modes in Pooky. Both modes have the same rules, but different rewards.
Users score points based on the success of their predictions.
There are several types of points that can be awarded, which depend on the accuracy of the prediction and the Attributes of each Pookyball used to make the prediction.
Users win Base Points for correct predictions on the following criteria:
Users may improve their Base Points into Boosted points using the Pookyball Attributes:
For each sport league featured on the Pooky platform, at the end of each Matchday, three Leaderboards will be generated. Each of these leaderboards will distribute some or all of the below rewards:
Play and earn mode users are ranked on two Leaderboards.
Free-to-play mode users or Rooky users are ranked on the Rooky Leaderboards.
Rewards can be claimed by the user exclusively inside of Pooky’s application, once said reward is made available.
We reserve the right to rebalance the reward allocation and value to protect the health of the bug.
When a user purchases or wins a Pookyball, such user becomes the definitive owner of the underlying NFT, in accordance with the Pooky Platform - Terms and Conditions. Except where otherwise explicitly stated to the contrary, a user has the right to freely dispose of his or her Pookyballs (via sale, loan, donation, transfer, etc.).
Despite the ownership rights described above, the designer of every Pookyball - Serial Cut brand owned by S.S.G. has a personal licence to reproduce any artwork forming part of the Pookyballs only as reasonably required for the purposes of promoting its involvement in the creation of the relevant Pookyballs on its website, social media, or any other online platform where it is reasonable to promote Serial Cut’s work.
In case any legal action or proceeding arises under these Rules it shall be governed by the laws of Malta and brought exclusively in courts located in Malta.
